Grease

Looks to be just Generic Grease for automobiles but this was the list I found in the Manual I found some all purpose automotive grease in a spray can so I think i'll give that a shot instead of the old system.

• BP Evergrease L2
• Esso Multipurpose Grease
• Wakefield Castrolease Lm
• Mobil Grease

What I am told needs to be greased on a regular rotation

• Front suspension Felt pad on Flywheel cam 
• Joints on Brake Control 
• Speedo Flexible Drive
• Control Cables
• Gear change quadrant
