Blue Vespa Breakdown - The Seat

Well it's been a long time since I posted here but the plan is still much the same break down the Blue Vespa Sprint 150  (VLB1T) slowly & methodically

Thus Step 1 - The Seats

two seats front & back -the front just remove the two rear bolts and washers the forward bolt can stay in if you slide the seat back to remove. The Rear seat has a plate under it, remove the rear nut & washer lift the seat up& remove then remove the chrome plate boths & washers ( three of them)

There is a Nut & Washer (mine was rusted) on the rear seat back that inserts through  then a tab at the front of the chrome plate so you can lift the seat up
Note the bolt on the front from the forward seat, it stays put - only the two rear bolts & washers need to be removed then you can slide the seat out since the flange was and open U

One of the three Chrome plate bolts that hold the seat to the gas tank #12 x 30 cm

Can lift the gas tank with the cap still on and in place

There is some play here but more attached below, assume the carburetor hoses and such - still need to figure this out

The plan is to keep everything in labeled Ziplock bags so nothing gets lost
