Pulling the old harness and trying to figure out WTF happened to cause a fire (Blue Vespa Sprint 150)

Headset Removal 

Remove two bolts from base of light on the chrome

Two Screws 10 mm long the one on the right has a little brass inset appears it had been drilled out in the past

Pull chrome off carefully & remove Front Light assembly

Headset Internals

Right throttle wiring - note dad has the lower guards at his place

Three wires on the left for the signal lights (left = red / black to common ground/ White to right signals )

 Remove the Speedometer

Remove screw from bottom of headset

Push the Speedo Cable up from the lower front tire

Tape the Speedo cable so you don't loose it

Remove Speedometer

To Remove the Headset 

Pull the bolt out that holds the front wheel to 90 degrees from the steering - this also holds the headset down on the lip of the screw

Remove the wires from

Disconnect the Signal Switch

Lower is the Auto Start Switch Upper is the horn & hi/ low lights

Back of the Start switch (Red / white)

The cover of the horn switch just pulls off

Back of the Horn Switch

 Remove Rear Brake Switch

Brake switch Screws

 Re move Horn

 Start Pulling the wires & harness back from  under the gas tank - Don't forget to add pull wires to the horn handles and front signal lights
